This publication follows four READY to Lead mentors, describing how the mentorship unfolded and the impact it had on young women and their communities.
In the READY to Lead project in Zimbabwe, 924 young women living with HIV developed their leadership skills through training, mentorship and advocacy opportunities, to advocate for the sexual and reproductive health needs of young women living with HIV.
