This resource shares lessons learned and recommendations from REAct implementors in Cameroon, Ghana, Jordan, Lebanon, Tunisia and Senegal. It aims to inform future REAct implementation by improving quality, enabling scale-up, and supporting long-term sustainability.

REAct, Frontline AIDS human rights violation monitoring tool, has been developed to record, monitor, and respond to human rights violations that happen when people access HIV and health services.
