Unfinished business: addressing AIDS 25 years on from Beijing
HIV must be recognised as critical to achieve gender equality when reviewing progress 25 years after the Beijing Declaration.
We call on governments, Action Coalition leaders and all stakeholders to:
- End AIDS for all women and girls – including those who are the most marginalised and stigmatised.
- Stop gender inequality and violence that leaves women and girls vulnerable to HIV acquisition and unable to access sustained HIV treatment and care.
