hiv, universal health coverage, and the future of the global health architecture

This paper, developed through the Partnership to Inspire, Transform and Connect the HIV response, serves as a catalyst for discussion within civil society on how the global health architecture of the universal health coverage era should evolve and how it should be governed. It draws on lessons from the global HIV response and includes five suggested principles that seek to re-allocate power and introduce new mechanisms and approaches for greater financial sustainability and overall impact.
